I presently own a 2007 RL purchased in May, 2007. After experiencing an unusual problem affecting the electrical system of the car, the Service Department team was involved in extensive detective work to identify the cause of the problem. Not to disappoint me, the source of the problem was ultimately identified and my car was returned in immaculate condition (as always). An itsy bitsy spider was the cause of a complex problem. The spider is history, but the effect will last with me. Through dedication and perseverance the problem was corrected. Kudos to the service team that identified this problem. - Tony L
